Shipping and returns policy for research-use-only goods. Orders are dispatched from the UK after payment confirmation.
Dispatch cut-off
Orders received before 3pm on working days are usually dispatched the same working day for next-working-day UK delivery. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays are usually dispatched the next working day.
Shipping prices
Dispatch & tracking
Orders are typically dispatched after payment confirmation. Tracking is provided when available. UK orders received before 3pm on working days are usually dispatched the same working day for next-working-day delivery.
Bank transfer and cryptocurrency orders are dispatched after payment has been received and confirmed.
International delivery
International parcels usually arrive within approximately 6–7 working days. This is an estimated timeframe only and may vary due to customs, courier processing, or local delivery conditions.
International customs
International orders may be inspected by customs. The buyer is responsible for local import requirements, customs clearance, taxes, duties, and any associated risks.
All sales final
Due to the nature of research compounds and chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where required by law or where goods are faulty on arrival.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
