Shipping and returns policy for research-use-only goods. We are currently accepting UK orders only. UK orders are dispatched after payment confirmation using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

When are UK orders dispatched?
Orders received before 3pm on working days are usually dispatched the same working day after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays are usually dispatched the next working day.
How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery is currently free. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier processing or events outside our control.
Do you offer international delivery?
International delivery is temporarily suspended. We are currently accepting UK orders only until further notice.
Can research-use-only products be returned?
Due to the nature of research compounds and chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted except where required by law or where goods are faulty on arrival.
Dispatch, payment confirmation and tracking
Orders are dispatched after successful payment confirmation through Stripe. UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and the tracking number is provided after dispatch.
International shipping is temporarily suspended. UK orders continue as normal.
